Location: Sector-27, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: ?20,000 - ?30,000

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a

Telecalling Sales Executive

to engage with potential customers, introduce them to our spiritual products, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a pre-sales role focused on

handling inbound leads, addressing customer queries, and building strong relationships

to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers to

introduce and explain the benefits of Rudraksha and other spiritual products

. Understand customer requirements and recommend

suitable products

based on their spiritual interests. Address queries regarding

authenticity, usage, and significance

of the products. Follow up with interested customers to

nurture leads and encourage conversions

. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the sales database. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong

communication and persuasion skills

. Ability to

build rapport and establish trust

with customers. Basic knowledge of

spiritual products, Rudraksha, or a willingness to learn

. Prior experience in

telecalling, inside sales, or customer support

is preferred. Proficiency in

Hindi and English

; additional regional languages are a plus.

Experience

1 year

of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement. Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
