Key Responsibilities
Attend qualified leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location & property type).
Conduct project presentations and site visits for clients.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Maintain strong product knowledge of real estate projects across Gurugram.
Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM teams for smooth client onboarding.
Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Prepare daily reports, follow-up updates, and visit summaries.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Primary or Secondary).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills and confidence during site visits.
Ability to understand customers and pitch suitable projects.
Must be target-driven and comfortable with fieldwork.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Own vehicle preferred.
