Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, identify potential customers, and convert them into active clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial/investment solutions.
Present product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
Assist clients with account setup, documentation, and basic transaction support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Business preferred).
Experience in Mutual Funds or financial product sales (preferred).
NISM/AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor Certification (preferred).
Key Skills
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
Ability to identify customer needs and pitch solutions effectively.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
