Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote HVAC products to industrial and commercial customers.

Identify new leads, nurture relationships with existing clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.

Provide technical support and consultative selling to customers, understanding their HVAC needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure the correct specification of products.

Conduct site visits, system walkthroughs, and customer presentations.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in coordination with the management team.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
