Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven record of selling AI-driven and technology-based software solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and business sides of AI, can engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and can drive the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage enterprise clients across diverse industries for AI and automation solutions. Conduct market research and develop strategies to penetrate new domains and verticals. Understand client business processes and challenges to propose tailored AI/ML-based solutions. Collaborate with technical and product teams to create proposals, solution decks, and demonstrations. Deliver persuasive presentations to CXOs, Directors, and other key stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data regularly. Stay up to date with trends in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, IoT, Cloud, and related technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

2-6 years of experience in B2B technology or AI solution sales (SaaS / Automation / Enterprise Tech preferred). Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical ideas in simple business terms. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or solution-oriented environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business value analyses. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong network and ability to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management. Experience selling solutions in AI, Computer Vision, Data Analytics, or IoT domains. Exposure to Smart Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Enterprise Automation markets. Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and consultative sales approaches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
