Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the loan services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients who have expressed interest in our loan services through the application, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively call clients who have visited and shown interest on the application to explain loan offerings and address their queries. Coordinate and maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure timely response and support throughout the loan application process. Collect and verify necessary documents from clients to complete the loan application. Provide clients with clear and detailed explanations of the loan procedure, terms, and conditions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personalized service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client requests. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales, client coordination, or a similar role (preferably in loan or financial services). Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Knowledge of loan products and procedures is an advantage.
