Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for personal loans and other financial products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system. Explain product details clearly and professionally to customers. Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversions. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and persuasive attitude.

(both verbal and written) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven Basic computer knowledge Freshers are welcome to apply. Up to 2 years of experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Banking, Finance, or Mutual Funds Candidates with prior Customer Support experience from the above fields are acceptable.
