Position - Sales Associate
(This is not a field sales role)
The role is blend of cold calling, lead generation and conversion.
Target audience is both B2B and B2C.
Current Geography is Gurugram with expansion to other NCR cities starting April 2026.
Role reports to the founder.
Prefer hiring a female at this moment.*
Required Skills:
Excellent communication:
English and Hindi (plus other Indian languages - An exciting plus)
Willing to dig in to get the work done.
Experience:
0-1 yrs (prior internship in this field is appreciable).
Compensation:
Fixed:
upto 20k per month
Incentives:
upto 2 L per annum
