Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
Negotiate sales contracts and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Stay updated on market trends and property values.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid real estate license (if required by state law).
