Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive (B2B)
to drive franchise growth across regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investors, presenting the business model, and closing franchise partnerships to support company expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach potential franchise partners through calls, meetings, and digital outreach.
Explain the My Cleaners franchise business model, investment structure, and ROI to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and B2B clients.
Coordinate with internal departments for franchise onboarding and support.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, business meets, and networking events.
Prepare and share regular reports on sales activities, leads, and closures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business developmen
t
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel if required.
