Sales Executive Solar Energy



Responsibility:



: Sales Executive - Solar EPC Rooftop

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Rooftop team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers for rooftop solar solutions, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct site visits, assess energy requirements, and provide tailored solar solutions to meet client needs. Product Demonstration: Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and technical specifications. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Appointment of Dealers/Distributors in your territory to strengthen our business network.

Qualifications & Skills:



Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar sales, field sales, or a related industry. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems, rooftop installations, and EPC processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade clients. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Number of leads generated and converted. Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.

Salary: Up to 3.5 lacs Per annum

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
