Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
who can handle client interactions, generate leads, and also has a basic understanding of
digital marketing
. The candidate will help in both
sales generation
and
online promotion
of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, visits, and online platforms.
Explain AKS Facilities' services, offers, and pricing to clients.
Work on both
offline and online lead generation
.
Support marketing activities -- social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, and online campaign follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet monthly targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in sales or marketing (facility management experience preferred).
Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media posting, lead handling, ads understanding, seo).
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
