We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our
Dormant Lead Re-engagement Team
, responsible for following up with previously interested prospects. Your goal will be to reconnect with them, understand their requirements, and convert them into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
Re-engage fresh leads generated by the company through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions to nurture and convert leads.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to closure.
Clearly and confidently communicate the value proposition of our services.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition post-conversion.
Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates to maintain clean data flow.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for reactivations and conversions.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with making multiple calls and sending professional messages daily.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales or telecalling experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
