The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, presenting products/services, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet assigned targets.
Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualification Required:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented approach.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
