Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online sources.
Conduct property presentations, arrange/escort clients for site visits, and highlight key features.
Negotiate pricing, close deals to meet sales targets, and coordinate documentation with internal teams.
Track market trends, competitor projects, and provide regular sales and follow-up reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in real estate sales or other high-value B2C sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on client schedules.
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
