Role Overview

Own the end-to-end sales funnel across inbound calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and marketplaces. You'll convert qualified leads into orders, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound/outbound

calls, WhatsApp chats, and website/marketplace leads; drive conversions. Explain product features, authenticity (certifications), sizing/usage, and post-purchase care.

Upsell/Cross-sell

combos, add-ons, and festival bundles; improve AOV & repeat rate. Maintain lead stages in CRM/Sheets; daily MIS: calls, connects, demos, orders, revenue. Coordinate with

Ops

for order confirmations, dispatch follow-ups, cancellations/returns. Collect customer

feedback

, reviews, and UGC; share insights with Marketing. Follow tidy

SOPs

on pricing, refunds, replacements, and service SLAs.
Must-Have Qualifications

1-3 years

in D2C/B2C telesales/inside sales (e-commerce preferred). Confident Hindi + workable English; regional languages are a plus. Hands-on with

Google Sheets/Excel

, WhatsApp Web, basic CRM (or willingness to learn). Strong objection handling, empathy, and closing skills; target-oriented mindset.
Good-to-Have

Experience selling

spiritual/lifestyle/jewellery

products. Marketplace exposure (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho)--listing basics, reviews, replacements. Basic knowledge of

Shopify/Unicommerce/ClickPost
