Job Summary:
A sales executive's job involves finding and contacting potential clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities also involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales presentations and proposals, staying updated on market trends, and using CRM Software to track activities and sales performance. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, which directly contributes to business growth and company profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and attending events.
Client Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Presentations & Demos:
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the product offerings.
Negotiation & Closing:
Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve sales targets.
Account Management:
Nurture existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within CRM software, and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Customer Service:
A proven track record of providing exceptional, personalized customer service with passion.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-end clientele.
Sales Acumen:
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
Interpersonal Skills:
A professional, friendly, and positive demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
Education:
Graduation in any discipline
Other Skills:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
