Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT sales or related fields. The role involves new vendor acquisition, lead generation, qualifying prospects, and providing end-to-end customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to handle outsourcing and database calling, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities :
New Vendor Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new vendors through strategic outreach and engagement.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, emailing, database calling, and other digital means.
Qualify Prospects:
Understand customer needs and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's offerings.
Appointment Scheduling:
Set up and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales/technical team.
Database Management:
Maintain, update, and manage client and prospect data within CRM or designated tools.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and performance metrics.
Outsourcing Calling:
Conduct outsourcing-focused outreach to connect with potential business partners and vendors.
Customer Service:
Provide prompt and professional post-sale support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in new vendor acquisition and lead generation
Knowledge of outsourcing and database calling techniques
Ability to qualify prospects and schedule appointments effectively
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets under deadlines
High customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Key Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
