Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to deliver excellent service.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
