Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Generate and convert leads through outbound calls. Make a minimum of 150 to 200 calls daily. Create and manage a sales pipeline and provide monthly sales projections based on it.

Requirements:



Any Graduate. Experience in retail and channel sales is required. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
