Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and handle objections.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certification/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
