Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales through effective follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in sales/business development executive
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Willingness to work
6 days a week
(week off on weekdays).
