The Sales Executive will focus on identifying potential customers, building relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The primary objective is to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the business by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves frequent client meetings, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring high customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and prioritize leads generated through marketing efforts.
Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales with customers.
Update CRM systems with detailed information on client interactions and sales progress.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
