This role requires strong lead generation skills, experience with modern sales tools, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable representing the company in external meetings and using CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and other digital tools
Attend and represent the company at external client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Use HubSpot CRM - Sales Module to manage the sales pipeline, update lead information, and track performance
Present products/services to prospective customers and understand client needs to tailor solutions
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Provide timely updates and reports to the Sales Manager on performance, pipeline, and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for prospecting and outreach
Working knowledge of
HubSpot CRM - Sales Module
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to represent the company professionally in
external meetings and conferences
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
