We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of our home cleaning products through both retail and wholesale channels in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and a passion for consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale clients in the assigned area.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present product features and benefits effectively to clients.
Track market trends and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure timely product availability
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in home care or cleaning products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
In-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon market.
Must own a two-wheeler for local travel and client visits.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
