Sales Executive - Interior Design Projects

About the Role:



We are seeking a motivated and result-driven

Sales Executive

to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting project coordination from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and office interiors Respond to inbound leads and schedule client meetings Meet architects, builders, and real estate agents for B2B tie-ups Conduct site visits and explain design & execution services Coordinate between design team and client for proposals and pricing Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular performance reports

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate design solutions Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (interior or real estate industry preferred) Good presentation and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of interior design and materials is a plus Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Education:



Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)

Salary & Incentives:



Competitive base salary + Attractive Incentive Structure based on sales performance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,493.28 - ?35,589.35 per month
