Sales Executive

Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Visit market regularly to enhance product visibility and availability. Promote products through demos, sampling, and trade activities. Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams for smooth operations. Ensure timely order booking, dispatch, and delivery follow-up. Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends. Track outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections. Maintain accurate sales records and share daily/weekly reports. Update customer data in CRM tools and manage sales pipeline effectively. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer inputs. Participate in regular training for product and skill development. Ensure brand guidelines and product placement standards are met at outlets. Work closely with the sales manager to develop growth strategies for the region.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
