Job Description

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for luxury homestay villas.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

Product Knowledge:

Gain a deep understanding of our offerings, including luxury homestay villas, real estate properties, or banquet services. Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Conduct engaging sales presentations and negotiate terms with prospective clients. Address any objections and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Address any post-sale issues promptly and professionally.

Social Media:

Handle social media handles (insta and messenger) along with handling influencer marketing and promotions.

Qualifications:



Experience:

1-2 years of experience in hardcore sales, banquet sales, real estate sales, or luxury homestay villas sales.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.

Independence:

Ability to handle the entire sales role independently, from lead generation to closing deals.

Target Orientation:

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
