About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic approach to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the corporate travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Client Acquisition & Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to prospective clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present tailored travel solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Business Strategy & Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches. Corporate Meetings & Travel: Comfortable with in-person client meetings and business travel as required. Brand Representation & Networking: Enhance market presence through active participation in industry events and corporate networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements



Experience: Minimum 6 months in business development, corporate sales, or travel sales. Education: BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, or equivalent qualification.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in formal email etiquette. Proven ability in sales negotiation, lead conversion, and client retention. Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets under tight deadlines.
