Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on lead generation and prospecting.
Conduct Sales presentations and consultations.
Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Handle Sales negotiations and closing deals.
Achieve sales targets consistently.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
Collaborate with teams and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide post-sale support and actively upsell additional services or products.
Qualifications
Sales experience and strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of education industry or tutoring services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field
