ARC The Boutique Hotel is seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales Executive
with experience in the
hospitality industry
. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our hotel's rooms, banquets, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Promote and sell hotel rooms, banquet halls, and F&B packages.
Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Represent the hotel at sales events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing (preferred).
