Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

Client Management:

Managing existing accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and understanding their needs to identify potential upselling opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Presenting the hotel's offerings to potential clients, negotiating contracts and rates, and finalizing bookings.

Revenue Management:

Ensuring that all bookings adhere to the hotel's revenue management strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Inventory Management:

Managing inventory for group business and ensuring availability of rooms and other facilities.

Communication and Coordination:

Serving as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing and Promotion:

Participating in marketing initiatives, attending trade shows and industry events, and developing promotional materials.

Training and Development:

Undertaking training courses to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
