About the Role:
Aertrip.com is looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to handle
domestic and international hotel & holiday package sales
. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating customized travel itineraries, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
domestic and international holiday packages
and
hotel bookings
to individual and corporate clients.
Handle travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate and prompt responses.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.
Maintain relationships with customers, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on new destinations, hotel deals, and travel trends.
Manage booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-4 years in travel sales (holiday packages & hotel bookings).
Education:
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS, or CRM tools (preferred).
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Customer-first approach with a passion for travel.
