The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in the store, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Provide product information, features, benefits, and pricing details.
Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to management.
Develop strong product knowledge to improve sales performance.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
Ability to handle customers patiently and politely.
Problem-solving and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
10th/12th pass or any degree (as required by the store).
