We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals. Track and report sales performance metrics to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, marketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
