.The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel owners, and project consultants to position Karabi Art Community as the go-to partner for artistic decor solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective hotel projects, architects, interior designers, and developers.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & production team for customized proposals.
Follow up on quotations, project approvals, and execution timelines.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore repeat business opportunities.
Represent the brand in exhibitions, industry events, and meetings with a strong pitch.
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting in an organized and timely manner.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales, preferably in the hotel, art, architecture, or interior industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
