Purpose of the job

To achieve target, data update, achieving all sales parameters, to complete all assignments.

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

To achieve the individual yearly and monthly target for The Tamara Coorg and The
Tamara Kodai

Be flexible with the shifts. Weekend operation with public holidays on priority. Data Update Proper usage of CRM & CRS. Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls. Proper documentation of guest data. Follow up all the enquiry with proper note. Conversion Ratio (2:1). Make all marketing offer calls. Call missed call leads and convert them. Productivity Report (Monthly Report) Achieving target with all parameters: Occupancy Maintaining ARR Spa Transportation RNS Maintaining Reports Daily (Package Sold)

Pay: ₹10,560.34 - ₹30,297.08 per month
