Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, and events segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations to convert leads into bookings.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
