We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Team Leader

to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives. Set and monitor sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Track sales metrics and report to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve goals. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
