Minimum 2 years in HoReCa field sales (preferably with a distribution company)
Travel:
Field Sales - 2-wheeler mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) clients and General Trade outlets.
Visit potential and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of products across assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights.
Coordinate with distributors and supply chain for order execution and stock availability.
Maintain daily visit records and update sales reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in the HoReCa segment.
Experience working with FMCG or food/beverage distribution companies preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Must own a valid driving license and two-wheeler.
