3 to 4 Years (Mandatory - Retail Furniture/Home Space Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in the furniture or home space retail industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales, assist customers in selecting products, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers, understand requirements, and suggest suitable furniture/home products
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide detailed product explanations (materials, dimensions, features, warranties, customization options)
Maintain showroom presentation, product display, and cleanliness
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales
Coordinate with the delivery/production team for order processing
Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-purchase support
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/records
Stay updated on new product launches and market trends
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of proven sales experience in furniture, home decor, or home space retail (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored suggestions
Good negotiation and closing skills
Basic knowledge of measurements and furniture specifications
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
Education
Any graduate degree (Preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)
