Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will handle both in-store customer interactions and on-site client visits, ensuring an excellent buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the store, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products.
Visit client sites to take accurate measurements and understand space requirements.
Provide product demonstrations, share fabric and furnishing options, and guide clients in selecting designs.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the store manager and design team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Education: High School/Diploma required; Graduation will be an added advantage.
Experience: Previous sales experience in furniture, interiors, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
Comfortable with client site visits (for males) for local travel within Gurgaon/nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of measurements and space planning will be a plus.
