Job Title: Sales Executive - Online Health Technology Platform

Location: Kolkata, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, New Delhi

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Educational Qualification: MBA Preferred

Industry: HealthTech / Digital Healthcare

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in a rapidly

growing online health technology platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong

background in B2B and institutional sales, with a focus on strategic partnerships and client

acquisition across exhibitions, doctors, hospitals, and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

? - Drive business development activities with healthcare professionals including

individual doctors, clinics, and multi-specialty hospitals.

? - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate

organizations for tie-ups and employee wellness initiatives.

? - Develop and nurture hospital partnerships to expand service reach and patient access.

? Sales Strategy & Execution:

? - Represent the company at relevant industry exhibitions, conferences, and health

camps to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

? - Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and market

intelligence.

? - Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

? Coordination & Reporting:

? - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional strategies and

campaign execution.

? - Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback to the

management team.

? - Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date information on prospects, leads, and

conversions.

Key Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or

digital health platforms.

? Strong business acumen and ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and activations.

? MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred.

Remuneration:

Salary upto 45000 Per Month + Incentives + TA DA.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
