Responsible for driving B2C sales for diagnostic services through doctor tie-ups, medical camps, and direct consumer engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, organizing outreach activities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2C leads and drive sales for diagnostic tests and packages.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and local healthcare partners.
Plan, organize, and execute diagnostic camps and community health check-up drives.
Conduct field visits to promote diagnostic services and increase footfall.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and conversion of leads.
Achieve monthly revenue and target goals.
Maintain daily activity reports and share insights with the sales manager.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Science or Marketing background preferred).
1-3 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare services.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and camp setups.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
