Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
Develop new B2B clients (hospitals, nursing homes, pathology labs, diagnostic
centres, doctors, clinics).
Generate B2C walk-ins through promotional activities, referral programs, and local
outreach.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral
business.
Conduct field visits, product presentations, and promotional events.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of sales
strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Science / Commerce / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
1-3 years' experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local healthcare market and customer base.
Target-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively.
