Sales Executive / Sales Associate - Exclusive Brand Store



Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, understanding customer needs, promoting brand products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand's premium image. The role involves product demonstration, billing support, customer follow-ups, and coordination with backend teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling & Sales

Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly Demonstrate products and guide customers toward the best choice Convert walk-in customers into successful sales Upsell and cross-sell accessories, add-on products, or services
2. Brand Representation

Maintain brand standards in appearance, communication, and behavior Ensure the store reflects the brand's premium image Follow brand sales scripts, offers, and promotion guidelines
3. Billing & Documentation

Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment collection Handle finance options (EMI, loans, BNPL, credit cards) if applicable Ensure accurate documentation for sales and finance cases
4. Customer Relationship Management

Collect customer details for CRM and follow-ups Handle post-sale queries, basic complaints, and service coordination Encourage repeat visits and referrals
5. Store Operations

Maintain store cleanliness and product display (VM standards) Ensure proper stock handling and reporting shortages Support stock inward/outward and basic inventory checks
6. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Store Manager, backend team, and service team Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

Minimum: 12th Pass Graduate preferred (depending on brand)
Skills

Good communication and convincing skills Customer-friendly and polite attitude Basic computer and billing software knowledge Ability to work on targets and under pressure
Working Conditions

Rotational shifts Weekend and festival working required Standing for long hours Conversion ratio Average bill value Customer satisfaction & repeat sales
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,623.56 - ₹18,000.00 per month
