Haryana & Punjab Region

10:30 PM To 7:30 PM

Position Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to manage and expand our business in

Haryana and Punjab regions

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and appoint new

dealers, distributors, and channel partners

in assigned territories. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to achieve sales targets. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product reach. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, order processing, and payment collection. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and share feedback from the market. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events (if required).

Qualification & Experience



Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in

B2B / channel sales

, preferably in

sanitaryware, hardware, or building material industry

.

Demonstrated Success in a similar sales role, with a consistent track record in meeting sales targets .

Strong Communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-Motivated with a Results-Driven approach .

Requirements



Personal conveyance for daily field visits .

Strong knowledge of

Haryana & Punjab market geography

.
