Sales Executive Hardware

Job Description

To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand the company's presence in the hardware and fasteners market (screws, self-drilling screws, roofing hardware, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and visit potential customers such as hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and PEB/roofing companies.

Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical details to customers. Manage relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.. Maintain records of daily visits, calls, and sales in CRM/reporting system. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock updates, and delivery follow-ups.

Key Requirements:



Education: Graduate / Diploma (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related). Experience:

Fresher or 1-3 years of field sales experience (hardware, building materials, fasteners, or related industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of local market and hardware distribution network is an advantage.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
