Sales Executive – Hardware & Networking Devices

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients for hardware and networking solutions (e.g., routers, switches, servers, firewalls, access points, etc.)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate hardware/networking solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions in coordination with the pre-sales team.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.

Collaborate with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware/networking sales.

Good knowledge of networking products (Cisco, D-Link, HP, etc.) and hardware (PCs, servers, storage devices, etc.)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are a plus.

Experience selling to corporate, enterprise, or government clients.

Local language proficiency (if applicable).

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Incentives/Commissions based on performance.fulfillment.
