Convert leads into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and visits
Maintain daily sales reports and lead data
Coordinate with trainers and front desk for smooth onboarding
Support promotional activities and offers
Ensure excellent customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years experience in gym/fitness sales or related field
Good communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of gym services (preferred)
Comfortable with sales follow-ups and CRM (if applicable)
Positive attitude and professional appearance
